Term&conditions
1. For any Enqiures, you can email me @ myholeisyours@hotmail.com or leave a tag at Enqiures tagboard. :)
2. Dont buy anything from me if you dont trust me or uncomfortable with my term & conditions.
3. Once prices are fixed, no negotiable.
4. No refunds unless the item is out of stock.
5. No dead buyers or MIA. If not i will blacklist you.
6. Goods may not be 100% alike to the picture.
7. All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD)
8. Item may be out of shape because its handmade.
9. Please dont use my photo. Thankyou. :)
10. I will reply your mail/ SMS within 24hours.
11. No refund/ exchange of goods once sold.
I have the right to change the term & conditions anytime without your notices.

Payment&collection methods.


Payment using bank transfer (POSB ONLY) or Meet up

First method
Item are mail out by post (Recommend registered postage) or meet up.
Normal postage charges: $0.50&above.
Registered postage charges: $2&above. (depend of the goods.)

Please take a photo down of the receipt after you had transfer.

Second method
Meet up venue: MRT Map depends on where we go (FOC)
School: CCK ITE, SIMEI ITE. (Weekdays only, depends on timing)
MRT/LRT/INTERCHANGE: BoonLay MRT, Teck Whye LRT, CCK MRT(Depends), Tampines MRT, Tanah Merah MRT, Bedok MRT.
Shopping mall: JurongPoint, PioneerMall, Tampines Mall, WhiteSand, Bedok Point, Simei East point, Century Square, Tampines 1. (FOC)
(Encourage meet up)
